EVENT PAYMENTS & CREDIT CARDS
On our website, we offer you the possibility to purchase online tickets at our events.
When you choose to pay online for your desired event, a valid credit/debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) must be used at reservation time and full payment will be deducted from your credit card at purchase time. You can also only pay for you tickets online.
Payment authorization is done by an external process (Paypal) and AGAPE Conferences is not responsible for using credit/debit cards that are not valid, or for their misuse. In case your online payment was not confirmed, you should address to the issuing bank of your credit/debit card.
For credit cards issued in other currencies than the Euro, cardholders will incur fees charged by the issuing banks and any difference resulting from the performed exchange, also from the issuing bank, AGAPE Conferences having no knowledge or control about the exchange rates used by the issuing banks.
TICKET DELIVERY METHOD
All AGAPE Conferences event tickets are in electronic format. For the event paid online, the e-ticket is automatically issued and sent via e-mail to the address mentioned at the purchase moment After payment is confirmed, you will receive also an e-mail confirmation for your event seat reservation.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
If you want to cancel your ticket or to change your ticket details after ticket purchasing and after the booking session has been closed, please contact AGAPE Conferences at email@example.com in this regard. The money will be charged back to the used credit card, according to the events and fare conditions you have booked.
